Journal of my cycle from Land's End to John o'Groats

In 1995, together with Ian Ritson, I cycled from Land's End in Cornwall to John o'Groats in Scotland. We were acompanied by Ian's father in law Marcus Holmes who had undertaken the journey himself some 5 years earlier.

Along the way I kept a journal/diary, and sent a postcard home to my children each day. The journal and photos together with the postcards are included below.

As I update the entries, then they will become a link, and I hope to conclude the update over the coming months, now that the weather is on the turn!
